It's been fifteen years since the Cullen's have visited Forks and the surroundings haven't changed much, but the people within it have. Those that Bella and the Cullen's attended school with are grown up and working with kids of their own. The Cullen's returned for one reason only: to help Sam Uley and the Quileute pack. The Cullen's re-brought their old house and moved in. Everything was going fine, until theirs word about ten rogue vampires, intent on challenging the most powerful Vampire Family on the earth. Will the Cullen's except the challenge or talk to them and try to settle it peacefully?
The Quileutes calmed down when the Cullen's left but they didn't stop shifting. They took on an oath to protect Forks even harder now that they didn't have the Cullen's help. The only problem is that now, neighbouring shape-shifters – Chinook and Makah – want more room and they're willing to start a war over it. Sam Uley became desperate to not cause a war and even went to great lengths by calling the Cullen's to help stop it before it could hurt families: Emily and himself, Claire and Quil, Paul and Rachel; and the others. Will they be able to prevent the war or will the human population find out what they are?
Both Jacob and Nessie have matured in the fifteen years that the Cullen's have been on the move and now Nessie had the looks of a beautiful twenty year old. Whether Bella and Edward like it or not, Jake and Nessie are old enough to marry and that's what they intend on doing. Will Jacob and Nessie's relationship go well and leave them with a family that's happy, or will the relationship warrant unfriendly faces and break off?
It's been several years since anyone has heard anything off of the Volturi and there's a reason behind it. The Volturi – the most powerful vampire family – has become weakened and broke. Aro, his wife, his brother, his sister-in-law and several other faithful members have remained, but the others have left. They were fed up with Aro's power hungry ways and have resorted to new lives though they're still considered as the Volturi Guard: Feared by many. The vampire community have heard about the downfall and some are beginning to grow in groups, planning on taking over as Royalty. How will the Volturi handle this?
