Manson Mental Hospital is the home to some of the most diverse cases of mental illness in the United States. It houses all sorts of patients from Juveniles to hard core Criminals, this ancient hospital is based in the forest outside Cincinnati, Ohio. With no living human allowed within a twenty mile radius this mental facility is an all but forgotten wasteland to the crazies.
The patients who call it home aren't just normal people, not by 2009 standards. They are not only crazy, but powerful. The year is 2020 and not much has changed in the world except that now every person has powers. What do you do with mentally deficient people who can kill you with a thought? Easy. Manson Mental Hospital becomes home.
But it seems that Manson Mental isn't safe anymore. With people on the inside using their authority to help the patients, can the once safest place in the US stay that way?
